Oly day

Clean or snatch 1-1-1-1-1

1 field sprint on the minute for 10 minutes.

After a good group warm-up led by the coach, you will have no more than 25 minutes to work up to 5 sets of single reps of the snatch or clean with a minimum of 3 minutes of rest between sets. These will be heavier reps, but the load is dependent on your ability to maintain great form. Good form is valued more than big numbers.

Coaches will pick the lift you do and your loads, and a coach must watch every rep you pull. Safety first. Lone-wolf lifting results in extra field sprints with less rest.
