Squat deep!

100 burpees for time

If you’re doing Mike and JT’s Mildly Uncomfortable Adventure, substitute 3 sets of max pull-ups or body rows and a 1K row for the burpees.

This is the last Wednesday for 5×5 squats.

The goal is to put some weight on your numbers from last week.
