Rest 5 minutes As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of: 10 wall-ball shots (20/14 lb., 10/9 ft.) 20 double-unders Skills Session Do 30 minutes of stretching and mobility work. Ask your coach for ideas that will help you with specific areas.
