Floor press 5 reps

Reduce weight and perform two max sets of floor press

3 sets of max dips

3 sets of max push-ups

No bouncing out of the bottom of the floor press. We are requiring control and a visible pause in the bottom. If you can’t do that, it’s too heavy and you should reduce the weight.
