Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes:

2 power cleans

Immediately after the workout:

50 burpees

50 air squats

50 double-unders or 100 singles

If you land wide in the power cleans, you can either fix your landing or reduce the load. No wide landings permitted. You may use a squat clean if you like, but go with a power clean if your legs are crushed from squatting earlier in the week.
