BCBD Beast Events 1 and 3

For time:

22 50-foot shuttle lengths

Rest as time allows, then pick one of the following as time allows (perhaps both as time/skill allows):

4 minutes

Thruster (145/95 lb.)/muscle-up ladder (1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, etc.)

Or

4 minutes

Kettlebell swing (70/55 lb.)/hand-stand push-up ladder (2/1, 4/2, 6/3, 8/4, etc.)
