There will be one class only on Oct. 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and it will be a team workout. All other classes are cancelled.
Please sign in for the workout as you normally would. If you have any problems doing so, please email info@Functional Fitness204.com and we’ll sort it out. A system glitch sometimes won’t allow you to sign in, but we can fix that. This will be a team WOD, so you MUST sign in by 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 7, so we can make teams.
Be prepared to come up with a solid and intimidating name for your team.
Bring appropriate clothes and footwear for an indoor and outdoor workout, and don’t eat too much turkey beforehand.
