AMRAP at 4 4-minute stations. 1 minute rest between stations.

 1. 15 KB swings

5 ring dips/close grip push-ups/incline push-ups

2. 10 T2B/leg raises/knee raises

30 mountain climbers

 3. 1 column run

3 wall walks

 4. 50 double-unders or 75 singles

5 burpees

 If you can get some doubles, we’ll set an appropriate target so you can get some practice and gain confidence.
