3 rounds of:

50 squats

7 muscle-ups

10 hang cleans (135/95)

Muscle-up substitute: 3 push-ups and 3 dips or 3 chest-to-bar pull-ups and 3 ring dips.

Costumes acceptable. Safety first, of course.
