3 max sets handstand push-ups (or progressions)

3 max sets of any 2 of the following (60 seconds of rest between sets):


Dumbbell presses

Kettlebell presses

Bench or incline presses


3 max sets of ring rows or strict pull-ups (60 seconds rest)
