5-minute AMRAP:

5 barbell burpees

10 kettlebell swings

Rest 2 minutes

5-minute AMRAP:

2 muscle-ups

2 handstand push-ups

A barbell burpee is a push-up to the loaded bar plus a ground to overhead (power clean, push press). Lower to ground and repeat. Your coach will select your loads based on warm-up. With an unloaded barbell, do a floor push-up plus a barbell power clean and push press/press.

If you’re still working on muscle-ups and handstand push-ups, we’ll make substitutions and give you a scaled exercises that will get you closer to your goals!
