5 rounds for time of:

6 handstand push-ups

12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

24 weighted lunges (barbell on back)

Your coach will give you modifications if you are still working on handstand push-ups and chest-to-bar pull-ups. We will not be using the bands for chest-to-bars.

For the lunges, your coach will help you select a weight, and you will have to clean the bar and get it on your shoulders for your set.
