AMRAP in 20 minutes of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats


AMRAP in 20 minutes of 5 handstand push-ups, 10 pistols, 15 pull-ups


AMRAP in 20 minutes of 2 muscle-ups, 4 handstand push-ups, 8 kettlebell swings (70/55 lb.)

Take all precautions against tearing your hands in this workout. Bring tape and use it!
