Overhead squat 5-5-5-5

Back squat 8-8

Rest as needed

AMRAP in 6 minutes of:

12 barbell overhead lunges (95/65 lb.) (6 per leg)

12 or 24 double-unders + 10 burpees per miss

12 toes-to-bars

If you can get a few doubles in a row, you will do 12 doubles with no penalties for misses. If you have double-unders in the bag, you will do 24 plus a 10-burpee penalty for any misses.
