Squat Day

For the next two weeks, we’ll be squatting heavy once a week.

Default standard: 5×5 back squat

Your coach will individualize this workout (movement, reps, load) for each athlete. Some will do heavy back squats, while some will do overhead squats or front squats. Some will do more or less reps or sets.

3 sets max strict push-ups or handstand push-ups
