One-arm kettlebell swing and clean and press practice.

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

1 1-arm KB swing + 1 clean and press (each arm)

1 burpee

2 1-arm KB swing + clean and presses (each arm)

2 burpees

And so on.

Use a lighter kettlebell than you normally would. The presses will get rough quickly! You’ll put one 1-arm swing in between every clean and press, but you don’t have to switch arms on every rep.

3 sets max pull-ups or 5 minutes pull-up practice
