Bench press or floor press 5-5-5

Band triceps extensions: 3 sets until it burns

Partner carries: 10 lengths per partner – switch partners after each length.

If you can’t carry someone else, you’ll do a kettlebell farmer carry or plate carry–one per hand, no gripping through hole in the plates. Chalk up and pinch that thing!

30 burpees immediately after last partner finishes
