Squat Day

This is the last week we’ll be squatting heavy in this pattern.

Default standard: 5×5 back squat

Your coach will individualize this workout (movement, reps, load) for each athlete. Some will do heavy back squats, while some will do overhead squats or front squats. Some will do more or less reps or sets.

3 sets toes-to-bars or hanging leg/knee raises

Additional accessory/core work assigned by coach.
