Workout: Nov. 11, 2010


Depending on numbers, we’ve got a four-person team workout set for 3 p.m.:

As much flipping distance as possible in 15 minutes:

Athlete 1 flips tire

Athlete 2 jumps into and out of tire between flips

(Athletes can switch roles at any time)

Athletes 3 and 4 perform 8 push-ups/8 KB swings each, then switch roles with Athletes 1 and 2

We’re going to get dirty and wet. Dress for it!


Skate Skiing in the Dark?

We head to Mount Evergreen and ski under the stars, then plink some targets at the Lake of the Woods Gun Club.
