Bait and Switch

4 5-minute rounds of:

1 lap around the block

Wipe your feet upon entering

Max deadlifts in remaining time (225/155 lb.)

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Score is number of deadlifts x load on bar = total poundage.

Round-back deadlifts result in a no-rep and a mandatory 10-second rest.

You must stay on the concrete for the run. Cutting corners is not acceptable. You will be asked to remove dirty shoes should you track mud in the gym.
