Online Partner Competition!

Workout #1
0-16 minutes:
200 rounds:
1 burpee
1 jump squat
*The work can be divided however the partners choose.
*One partner working at a time.
*Chest and things touch the deck with a small jump at the top of the burpee. The hands must go on top or behind the head for the burpees, not at the forehead.
*Hit your squat depth. Small jump at the top with the hips clearly open!
16-20 minutes: Rest
20-40minutes:
Workout #2
AMRAP 20:
40 walking lunges
40 tandem sit-ups
80 bear crawl steps
*The lunges can be divided anyway.
*The sit-ups must be performed together.
*The bear crawl can be split anyway.
*Back knee must kiss the ground for the lunges. Full extension at the top.
*Sit-ups must show the athlete touching their feet at the top, and shoulder connecting with the deck at the bottom.
*Bear crawl can be performed anyway.
