Romanian deadlift 8-8-8

This is the first week of a strength block we are starting. Strive to lift with perfect form. We’re using this time to eradicate bad habits and build up strength, but if the lifts don’t look good,  we will back the weight down. We are earning the load this month.



Skate Skiing in the Dark?

We head to Mount Evergreen and ski under the stars, then plink some targets at the Lake of the Woods Gun Club.
