10 reverse lunges
15 russian or banded swings
Rest 2 minutes

5 seated presses
10 reverse curls
15 weighted sit-ups
Rest 2 minutes

5 turkish get-ups (per arm)
10 roll-outs
15 hips thrusts
Rest 2 minutes
