Functional Fitness Games Regional Event 4

For time: 135/95-lb. back squats, 50 reps 40 pull-ups 135/95-lb. shoulder-to-overheads, 30 reps 85/65-lb. front squats, 50 reps 40 pull-ups 85/65-lb. shoulder-to-overheads, 30 reps 65/45-lb. overhead squats, 50 reps 40 pull-ups 65/45-lb. shoulder-to-overheads, 30 reps

Time cap: 17 minutes scaled/22 minutes RX

Barbells are to be taken from the ground for all movements. Only one barbell per person. After the first round, athletes will strip off the outside weight to make the weight for the next round. All discarded plates must be moved safely out of the way.

Your coach will help you find the perfect loads for this tough workout.

Sub ring rows or bands for pull-ups, but there is no kipping with the bands.
