Bait and Switch

4 5-minute rounds of:

1 lap around the block (side door to side door or back door to back door)

Max deadlifts in remaining time (225/155 lb.)

Rest 1 minute between rounds

We’ll no-rep any round-back lifts. A call of no-rep results in an uncounted rep AND a 10-second rest penalty.

Score is total number of deadlifts multiplied by bar load for total weight.
