Ladder up of kettlebell swings (70/55 lb.) and burpees

Minute 1: 3 swings, 3 burpees

Minute 2 :  4 swings, 4 burpees

And so on until you cannot complete the reps inside 60 seconds

3 sets of max ring rows

10-1 ladder down of kettlebell swings (70/55 lb.), air squats and box jumps

10 swings, 10 squats, 10 box jumps

9 swings, 9 squats, 9 box jumps

Etc.
