Row 4 x 500 meters

If you are alone on the rower, you will rest exactly as long as your row took: 1:35 row = 1:35 rest.

If you are doubled up, we will pair you with someone of similar ability, and you will rest as long as it takes for your partner to complete his or her set.

The goal is consistently fast times, not one great time and three slow ones. Find a fast but sustainable 500-meter pace.

Functional Fitness Open competitors may come in for practice time.


Skate Skiing in the Dark?

We head to Mount Evergreen and ski under the stars, then plink some targets at the Lake of the Woods Gun Club.
