Workout: March 31, 2012


As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Row 500 or run 400

5 squat snatches (135/95)

20 toes-to-bars

The snatches are meant to be medium weight. If you miss more than 1 rep per set or have to wait 20 seconds between reps, you’re going too heavy. Coaches will assign the exact loads.


Skate Skiing in the Dark?

We head to Mount Evergreen and ski under the stars, then plink some targets at the Lake of the Woods Gun Club.
