21-15-9 reps of:

Back squats

Kettlebell swings (55/35)

For the back squats, we want the weight to be medium. For example, an athlete with a 1RM of 300 or a 5RM of 250 should use about 155-185 lb. for this workout. For an athlete with a 1RM of 200 lb., about 100-120 is reasonable. All loads are dependent on form.


Skate Skiing in the Dark?
