10 kettlebell swings

55-foot farmer carry (rubber plates, 1 per hand)

5 strict pull-ups

35-foot farmer carry (rubber plates, 1 per hand)

10 overhead lunges total (1 plate)

(After the 10 lunges, work your way back up the list to the KB swings)
