Shoulder press 5-5-5-5-5

Then 3 sets of max hand-release push-ups (60 seconds of rest between sets)

On the press, it’s 5 sets across (all at the same weight). Choose wisely. Set 5 will be harder than Set 1.

Any “standing incline bench presses” = instant load reduction.

On the push-ups, coaches will pull the ripcord on your set if the snake slithers in.
