The Nasty Chipper (30-minute cap)

100 double-unders

90 air squats

80 jumping jacks

70 lunges (45/25) (total)

60 push presses (95/65)

50 pull-ups

40 burpees

30 wall-balls (2o/14 or Brett’s Cannonball)

20 power snatches (95/65)

10 Turkish get-ups (45/35) (total)

We don’t go long like this very often. But sometimes we do. Have fun!
