Snatch technique work

We’re going to spend the hour getting better at the snatch. This will not be for max load but for improved form with light and medium loads. Your coach will assign movements, loads, sets and reps individually.


Skate Skiing in the Dark?

We head to Mount Evergreen and ski under the stars, then plink some targets at the Lake of the Woods Gun Club.
