Functional Fitness Open Event 12.4

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

150 wall-balls (20/14 lb., 10/9 feet) or 100 barbell thrusters (33/45 lb.)

90 double-unders or 160 singles

30 muscle-ups (substitute 2 ring or bar rows and two hand-release push-ups for 1 muscle-up)

Our competitors will be performing the official version of this workout at 8 p.m. Come to cheer them on!
