Spring is here, and we’re going outside today. Please dress appropriately, and bring shoes to run outside. No wet or dirty footwear will be allowed in the gym before or after the workout.

Five rounds of:

Run 400 meters

Rest 2 minutes

Open competitors: you may come in to practice Event 12.4, but we are doing renovations and some parts of the gym will be off limits.
