Functional Fitness 204-SH_deadlift Welcome to Shaban![/caption] We will be doing the Open at 7 and 8 p.m., but there will be a group class at 7 p.m. A coach will be scheduled to lead you through a warm-up, and we will slot you into one of the workout heats set for the Open. We’ll have some extra work for you to do afterward while you cheer on your friends. Come on out! Open Workout 16.3 Mash As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of: 10 snatches (75/55 lb.) 3 bar muscle-ups Rest 7 minutes As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of: 20 air squats 8 bar burpees
