 15-Minute Painstorm

4 burpees on the minute every minute, including “minute 0.”

Minutes 0-3: overhead lunges

Minutes 3-6: side-to-side lunges

Minutes 6-9: bear-crawl laps

Minutes 9-12: squats

Minutes 12-15: glute bridge with a twist
