Overhead squat 15-15-15

Bent-over rows 8-8-8

The goal here is no missed reps in the overhead squats. If you miss reps, you went too heavy.

If you’re very good at the OHS, the goal is to work up to the Nicole Carroll body-weight x 15 reps OHS challenge (see below).
