Block run

25 air squats

25 kettlebell swings (55/35 lb.)

Back-door-to-side-door run

20 air squats

20 kettlebell swings (55/35 lb.)

Hydrant run

15 air squats

15 kettlebell swings (55/35 lb.)

If you would like to do this workout and don’t have a kettlebell, substitute burpees for kettlebell swings.
