Incline bench press 5-5-5-5

5 rounds of:

5 dips (ring, bar or bench)

5 handstand push-ups

5 laps

Form notes: On the incline bench, try to increase the weight you used last week, either bumping it up each set or using a slightly heavier weight for all sets.

On the circuit, substitute 5 dumbbell push presses at a medium-heavy weight if you can’t do 5 handstand push-ups. Keep your core tight!
