Workout: June 12, 2012

In tribute to two of our fiercest competitors and a rivalry that motivates us all to work harder, we give you this workout.

It was designed to contain movements slightly preferred by each athlete. As most of you know, Moder is pretty good at the 400 meter and pull-ups, while Hill has a savage engine and titanic upper-body strength.

Interestingly, both are pretty good at the movements that supposedly favour the other.
