Workout: July 9, 2011 (Noon)


Functional Fitness 204 is open for its final drop-in session today at noon. Here’s the workout:

5 rounds of:

Power snatch x 8 (95/65 lb.)

16 push-ups

Form notes: We’ll spend the first part of the class going over the form for the power snatch. If this is your first time doing it, we will scale the workout down and work on perfect form. Push-ups are hand-release push-ups from the 2010 Functional Fitness Games.


Skate Skiing in the Dark?

We head to Mount Evergreen and ski under the stars, then plink some targets at the Lake of the Woods Gun Club.
