Deadlift – 5 reps

3 rounds of:

10 knees-to-elbows/toes-to-bar

10 burpees

For the deadlifts, you will have 20 minutes to do warm-up sets and work up to 1 heavy set of 5 reps. This does not have to by a max lift–but it might be!
