Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes:

Squat 2 reps

Rest as needed

10 rounds of:

3 deadlifts (225/155)

3 burpees

Skills

Focus: Clean mechanics

Two-position hang cleans (high hang, just above knees) – 6 sets of 1 rep (rest 3 minutes between sets)

5 sets of max strict pull-ups (3 minutes rest)

Max plank – elbows or hands

The load on the cleans should be such that you can move it very well. If you are jumping forward, landing wide or pulling early, reduce the weight so you can move quickly and with precision.
