3 4-minute rounds of:

Row 500 + max pull-ups and push-ups

1 minute rest

You can do any combination of push-ups or pull-ups.

Your score is the total number of pull-ups and push-ups.

Please note there is one workout only on July 2. It will be at 10 a.m., and all other classes will be cancelled. If you are coming to the holiday WOD, you must sign in so we can make teams. And wear old clothes. It’s going to get messy.
