Front or back squat, 1 rep

Front or back squat, 8-8

If you did a heavy front squat, you’ll do 2 sets of 8 on the back squat, and vice versa. If there are flexibility issues, you can do all reps with one lift. Overhead squats are also an option for the back-off sets.

FrostFit competitors will complete a different version of this workout.
