Walk Hard

5 rounds or 15 minutes:

8 squats (95/65)

Walk with the barbell on your back 1 lap around the columns in the gym, doing 4 lunges per leg at each column. Exiting from the D1000 and going clockwise, it would be middle column, last column, middle column, last column (32 lunges total) and back to the rack.

8 burpees

The lunges are not walking lunges. They should be on the spot.

Your coach will direct traffic.
