After doing a heavy set of 5 deadlifts late last year, you should have a good idea of what you can do for 3 reps. Remember: the goal is good form, not just heavy loads. Lifting weight well is an investment that will pay off with PRs later.

Most of you are also now acquainted with the Romanian deadlift and its punishing effects on the hamstrings. Choose a challenging weight and hold your back absolutely rigid. The legs will burn, but treat the RDLs like a core exercise for building up the muscles that stabilize the spine.
