Welcome back to Mike![/caption] 3 rounds of: 1 minute of max triple-unders or double-unders 1 minute of max ring muscle-ups or chest-to-bar pull-ups or ring rows 1 minute of max wall walks/handstand walk   14-minute partner workout: Max 25-foot shuttle sprints One partner works while other partner rests, 1 minute on, 1 minute off Skills Session 3 sets of 2 power cleans at 60% 1RM In 20 minutes, work up to a heavy but not max overhead-squat single. No misses.
