Air Force

20 thrusters

20 sumo deadlift high pulls

20 push presses/jerks

20 overhead squats

20 front squats

Every minute on the minute (including “Minute 0,” the beginning of the workout), you will perform 4 burpees.

Your coach will assign your load for the barbell, and you will use the same weight for all movements.

Rest as needed:

3 sets max toes-to-bars
